Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

 

You know the drill… It’s fall and it’s time for pumpkin everything. Let’s take your favorite flavor and make it into a nutritious and delicious smoothie so you can feel full, calm cravings and enjoy what you eat.


 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1-2 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp cinnamon + nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender

  2. Blend until smooth
