Recipe: Fauxmeal

When you’re wanting a warm and cozy breakfast that fits the Fourmula Framework, my Fauxmeal hits the spot. What’s fauxmeal? It’s oatmeal without the blood sugar spike. By increasing the fiber and decreasing the glycemic load, it supports satiety and better blood sugar balance.
